InterCHARM 2026: premieres of machinery and lines for cosmetic production

At InterCHARM 2026, Russian equipment manufacturers showcased new filling machines and bottling lines for cosmetics.

The 33rd International InterCHARM 2026 exhibition, held October 14-17 at Crocus Expo in Moscow, became one of the most extensive in the event's history. Over an area of 60,000 sqm in five exhibition halls, more than 1,700 companies from 30 countries presented not only cosmetics and ingredients but also production equipment — filling machines, bottling lines, labeling machinery and robotic complexes.

Particular interest was drawn to the Equipment section in Hall 15, where Russian machine-building manufacturers and suppliers showcased solutions for cosmetic production automation. Pyatigorsk machine-building plant PROFITEX presented carousel and linear filling equipment, marking and labeling machines, and filling-packaging complexes designed for cosmetic products of various consistencies.

St. Petersburg-based company Active Pack, which has automated over 150 production facilities across Russia and the CIS, showcased bottling lines, capping machines, labelers and robotic packaging complexes at booth 15B16. Following the exhibition, the company noted strong interest from cosmetic manufacturers in production cycle automation.

InterCHARM 2026 demonstrated that the Russian market for cosmetic packaging equipment is actively developing. Key trends of the exhibition included:

  • Carousel filling machines with high productivity for cosmetic creams, gels and serums;
  • Linear labeling machines supporting all label types, including transparent and holographic;
  • Robotic complexes for automatic packaging and palletizing of finished products;
  • Mini bottling lines for small and medium cosmetic manufacturers.

Over four exhibition days, approximately 42,000 business negotiations took place, with commercial agreements estimated at 170 billion rubles over a 12-month horizon. Equipment manufacturers actively discussed supplies with cosmetic brands, contract manufacturers and distributors.

"We see a growing demand for packaging process automation in the cosmetic industry. Modern manufacturers are looking not just for machines but for comprehensive solutions — from filling to labeling and group packaging," noted Active Pack representatives.

The international exhibition also expanded significantly: over 600 companies from China, Korea, Turkey, UAE, India and other countries presented equipment, ingredients and packaging solutions. Chinese manufacturers demonstrated both ready-made lines for cosmetic production and components for Russian assembly.

The next InterCHARM exhibition will be held October 13-16, 2027 in Moscow. Preparations have already begun, and organizers promise an even larger exhibition of equipment and technologies for beauty production.
