The machine can erect cartons out of supplied dummies. Cartons are fixed with tape, applicable tape width is 48, 60 or 75 mm. Capacity is 8 – 10 cartons per minute. Applicable carton size must be within 250 – 650 x 150 – 400 x 100 – 350 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 6 kg/cm3. Air consumption is 450 NL per minute.
The heat shrink packaging machine can reduce the possibility of the product being dismantled and stolen. When the shrink film shrinks, it produces a certain tension, so it can wrap a group of items to be packed tightly and play the role of strapping. Especially suitable for the collection of multiple items and pallet packaging.
