This machine is designed for flat, oval, square or irregular bottles. Two sides labeling at the same time and can choose single-sided or double-sided. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The speed of this machine is up to 10,000 bottles/hour. The machine is made of SUS# 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which meets GMP operating standards.
With automatic detection of bottles and labeling size, labeling accuracy, automatic parameter adjustment, two options of "stepping traction" and "servo traction" for the speed control. All equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy. Applicable bottles must be within 30 – 150 mm in diameter and 30 – 250 mm in height.
This machine is suitable for feeding granular, strip, block and irregular materials, and the contact part of materials is stainless steel, which is easy to clean. Loading efficiency is 3 – 6 tons per hour. Hoisting height is 1.9 – 2.6 m.
This machine is suitable for the automatic feeding or horizontal conveyance of powdered materials. Feeding speed is 2 – 6 m3/h. Lifting height is 1.65 – 1.85 m (special height can be customized). To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.4 - 0.6 MPa.
It is suitable for the feeding of granule materials in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It can work with products, such as chips, peanuts, candy, dried fruit, frozen foods, and other granular or block-shaped products the material is transported vertically to the filling machine. Feeding capacity is 4 – 6.5 m3/h.
