Fast drying, the temperature could be strictly controlled during drying to assure the quality of material after drying. With a stirring knife, designed horizontally for big granules or lumpish material, for fast drying and to avoid sticking to the wall. Works at negative pressure with smooth and clean inside surface without dead corner, convenient for cleaning to meet requirements of GMP.
With same main and pre-compression force, servo motor to control and ensure tablet weight accuracy. All the setting parameters and results can be saved in electronic records, which complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Maximal tablet diameter is 25 mm. Output is up to 174000 tablets per hour.
