DY-1200A is a semi-automatic bottle blow molding machine, which is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles 10 – 2000 ml. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle, oil bottle cosmetics, etc. The machine is small with low investment, easy and safe to operate.
This machine adopts imported mechanical parts, piston and pot is made of stainless steel and polytetrafluroethylene. New type horizontal design, which is more convenient, it takes out material automatically and avoids trouble of frequent putting in material of vertical hopper. Switch function between manual and automatic; when machine is under automatic condition, machine fills continuously automatically with set speed, when machine is under manual condition, operator steps on footplate to realize filing.
This machine is applied for liquid filling similar like water, wine, milk, edible oil, flavor drinks, vinegar products. It is able to integrate to capping machine and labeling machine in bottling line, fully complete and intelligence control advantage. The machine is made of SS 304. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 - 0.8 MPa. Conforms to GMP rules. Output is 300 – 1500 BPH.
