The Rocking Mixer can mix powder without damage. The mixer has a unique system; the column shaped mixer has baffles inside to facilitate mixing. When the powder or granules roll and shake up and down in the drum, the powder will be convectively mixed by rocking & rotating action of container and the best mixing result can be reached.
Designed for packaging foodstuff, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, agricultural products. It is applicable for packaging food additive, drink powder, milk powder, bean powder, protein powder, traditional Chinese medicine powder, facial cream powder, tea powder, oatmeal and maize, etc.
The caps are ordered through oscillation caps arranging part, the upward caps stream into caps dropping trajectory, there is photoelectric sensor which detects caps in the conveyor. When the channels are full of caps, the sensor observes and the machine drops and feeds caps. When there are no caps on channels, it will automatically feed caps.
