5525 Series sleeve packaging equipment is the ideal choice for the packaging of heavy products that include beverage bottles, cans and uniform boxes. The machines can be fed manually or completely automatic from the production line. There are 2 models available, the 5525-ACA, which is side fed and the 5525-SA, which is front fed.
The Advantage Machinery CE-10M is a semi-automatic carton erector which is highly efficient and easy to use. The folded cases are conveniently staged on the back side shelf. An operator grabs the folded boxes and opens them; the opened cases are pushed onto a support plate where the bottom flaps are folded. The Case is held in place while the operator fills it. Once the case is filled, the operator presses the foot petal which pushes the case in the case sealer or strapping machine.

The Advantage Machinery Eco-Tape system is a combination of the semi-automatic case erector, model CE-10M, the semi-automatic case sealer model CS-TD and a flexible conveyor. This system allows a single operator to form the case, fill and seal it. This economical solution was designed to save companies labor cost in the final packaging stages of their production.

Once both guides are pressed against the carton, the side belts start and run the carton through the taping section. Top and bottom tape heads apply the pressure sensitive tape, suitable for both 2" and 3" wide tape. The machine comes standard with safety covers, front and rear roller tables and heavy duty, lockable castors.

The Advantage Machinery model CS-TD is an automatic case sealing machine is simple and easy to use case sealer. The machine can be fed manually or through the Advantage Machinery CE-10M Semi-Automatic Case Erector. The case sealer consists of top and bottom tape heads, both side and top drive belts with case squaring wheels. The machine can use tape between 2" – 3" wide. The box size is easily adjusted through top and side levers, allowing for quick changeovers.
