The NRC-40 capping machine is designed to handle a wide variety of caps ranging from 10-70mm in width. It is a heavy duty, self-contained, automatic “in-line” capping system that is specifically designed to handle various size caps from bulk, orient, place them on a container, and tighten them at a predetermined torque.
High Speed Inline Capping System model NRK-400 is an automatic In-line capping machine encompassing some of the best features to provide reliable and very fast operation. It can handle cap sizes of 10-70mm at speeds of up to 300 per minute with start/stop controls, and comes with our H-26 cap hopper/sorter, or optional HES-12.
The S-30 is a heavy duty, self-contained, automatic, “chuck" style, capping system. It is specifically designed to be highly versatile, with fast changeover. It will apply caps at a rate of up to 60 per minute, depending upon cap size. It comes equipped with our H-26 vertical dial pin hopper/sorter, which is one of the best on the market today.
The NRC-20 is a self-contained “In-line” capping system designed for tightening caps or pump/trigger sprayers. This capper is small and compact, allowing you to roll it up to an existing conveyor line with ease. A simple hand crank height adjustment allows for quick and easy changeover without the need for tools.
The PSP is designed to run containers with pump tops continuously along a moving conveyor. Fully Automatic Pump Sorter Placer is designed for sorting, feeding, and placing product pumps into filled containers.
