This flexible robotic palletizer is designed to move packages from one infeed conveyor to one stacking position, which means that it quickly stacks one product type at a time. Up to three empty pallets can be stacked directly on the floor inside the palletizing cell. When a pallet load is completed, a forklift can safely enter the robot cell to remove the full pallet(s). Safety light curtains maximize security by stopping the palletizer when the forklift is inside the palletizing cell.
The AR-215 robot palletizer is a flexible palletizing system designed to pick bags/bales/bundles from one indeed conveyor and palletize them at two different stacking positions, one on each side of the palletizer. Up to three empty pallets can be stacked on each side of the bag palletizer. Since there are no infeed and outfeed pallet conveyors, the pallets are moved in and out of the palletizing cell by a forklift. This robotic palletizer uses light curtains, which allows the forklift to enter one side of the palletizing cell safely while the robot continues palletizing on the other side. If slip and/or top sheets are required, the robot can be programmed to pick the sheets from a sheet stand and place them on the pallet.

The bale shredder is the perfect choice when it comes to shredding large bales It comprises a hopper, a chain conveyor and four shredding rollers. The unwrapped bale is loaded into the hopper and falls onto the conveyor, which drags it towards the rollers. The peat is then gradually shredded when coming into contact with the four rotating studded rollers.
