This machine is used to produce pure water PET bottles, PET bottles for mineral water, juice & soft drinks. Each shape and capacity of PET bottles are available. Output is 300 – 500 bottles per hour. Heat is irradiated by infrared heat lamps, which makes the PET preform body part heated and softened in order to maintain the shape of the preform mouth.
Designed for filling cola, soft drinks, soda gas water, etc. into all volume and shapes of PET bottles. Filling type used is Isobaric filling. Production capacity is 4000 - 36000 bottles per hour depending on the bottle capacity. PLC (Mitsubishi) controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.

Equipped with a specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine, which is durable, avoiding contact with bottle mouth screw parts and secondary pollution of bottle mouth.
This machine is mainly applied to the whole flower tinplate cans, empty cans stacked on pallets, bottom-up layers of stratified and push to lift the conveyor chain-board. Then they are transported to Chute cans washing machine by the multi-column conveyor. Production capacity is 150 – 600 cans per minute.
Designed for labelling bottles with production capacity 1000 - 35000 bottles per hour. Suitable for circular, oval, square PET bottles, glass bottles and easy open cans. Contains automatic calibration and label cutting system. Equipped with automatic tension control system.
