This machine is the main machine of filling and capping in liquid production line, mainly used for filling, capping and capping of glass bottles or plastic bottles. Using straight line or disc positioning filling, electromagnetic vibration cap feeding, automatic rotation (rolling) cap, with no bottle no filling function.
The machine is suitable for filling important powders, flavourings, coffee powder, flour, etc. Packing speed is 35 – 50 bags per minute. Powders are filled in three side or back side seal bags. Available filling ranges are 1 – 20 g, 2 – 50 g, 10 – 100 g.
The machine is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry and scientific research fields. It can work as a standalone machine or work in line with bottle washing machine, dryer and other equipment to form a linkage production line. Fully complies with national GMP requirements. Filling range is 1 – 500 g.
This line can be used for production of Cosmetics, Food, sour milk, cream, cooking oil, Industrial oil, paste, shampoo, hair conditioner, laundry detergent, shower gel, etc. It can work with round, square and irregular shaped bottles. Filling speed is 40 – 60 BPM.
