The machine includes syrup bottle air /ultrasonic washing, dry syrup filling or liquid syrup filling and capping machine. It has integrated design, one machine can wash, fill and screw bottle, reduce investment and production cost. The whole machine is with very compact structure, small occupying area, and less operator.
Prefilled syringes are mainly used for packaging and storage of high-grade drugs and are directly used for injections. All contact parts material is AISI 316L and pharmaceutical silicon rubber. PLC controlled; parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Capacity is 2,000 – 6,000 syringes per hour.
