Our Automatic Auger type powder filling machine is a compact model applied to dose all kinds of dry powder both free flow and non-free flow powder into bottles/cans/jars/etc. The filling is controlled by PLC and servo drive system featured with high speed and good accuracy. The machine can pack milk and wheat powder, corn starch and other similar powders.
This machine has a simple design, provides reliable filling and weighing. It can be integrated with check-weigher to ensure accuracy in quantity during the packaging process. Change-over is simple since you do not need tools for fastening. All parts contacting the product are made of stainless steel, making it more durable and hygienic.
Stick pack is mainly for packing the powder into a sachet or a plastic bag. It is mainly suitable for sugar, milk powder, starch, coffee, condiment, solid drink packing. The machine can measure, make the bag, fill, seal and print the date on the bag. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 6kg/cm³.
