Design and produce turnkey solution of high speed collation/fulfillment system that is able to randomly or selectively feed, collate and overwrap anywhere from one to 75 cards in a signal pass of up to 24,000 packs per hour. Inline reject allows continual run while taking off short packs. Industrial controller allows continual monitoring of each feeders performance and overall line performance. Provide batch/surge model B350 trade card feeders with custom batch table. Feeders may be added to line or taken away up to 80 feeders on the line. Complete randomization, selectivity or win/lose programming allows the line complete flexibility of collation sequence and packaging.
Design and produce turnkey fulfillment system that is able to overwrap printed media product during the morning shift and then collate, stack and strap the product during the evening shift. Custom bi-directional (east/west) fulfillment system, incorporating print-on-demand, in-line imaging (Kodak/Scitex), in-line shrinkwrapping and postal sortation system.
Provide massive labour savings and collation quality assurance by installing a custom selective collator that discharges directly into a high speed folder gluer. Design/build a (24) station custom selective collator that feeds, collates, shingles, stacks and transfers stacks of carton blanks into the infeed of a folder gluer. Line must allow for speed fluctuations of folder/gluer by having an inline buffer/shingled system.
Design/build a turnkey packaging system within a tight financial budget that is both flexible and scalable. Provided multiple station collator that allows feeders to be moved around online or offline. The final installed system met the financial target and performed at speeds of up to 9,000 pp hour.
Design/build a custom system that collates the security documents into the conveyor section, verifies the authenticity of each piece, audits each document and presents to the custom envelope for insertion and exit of the line. Provide batch counters for the different denominations and a single feeder for slip sheets to feed, batch count and package the stamps or currency to prepare them for the shrinkwrapping process. The package must be perfectly square upon entrance and exit of the shrink wrapper or high speed envelope inserter.
Automate current hand labour process introducing automatic loading, feeding and unique ID on each piece. Fulfill, secure label and overwrap to complete the processing. Incorporate key OEM partners and provide turnkey responsibility for the line. Selectively collate the books (exams), image each piece, stack, label and overwrap the stack of exams. Provide audit trail for each piece and package.
Provide solution for collating various patterns of consumer tissue boxes so that the feeder gets very large variety of products in each pallet (skid). Design/build, install (11) station collator that feeds (or batch counts) flat tissue cartons, collates and stacks in square pile ready for folder gluer system. Line functions in heavy paper dust environment and was designed to function 24/7.
Design/build and install a complete turnkey large format poster collation and tipping system. A C750 feeds the large (up to 36”x40”) backer card in the dual lugged conveyor, glue is applied across the backer card and the poster is tipped on using a VC200 vacuum feeder. The tipped on posters have glue applied to the outside edges and the matte frame is tipped on using another C750 feeder. The finished prints are then labelled and ready for sale.
Design/build a turnkey system for book fulfillment with no human involvement from cheque binder to mail stream. Build all within a 4500 square foot (400sq/metres) existing facility. Provided a totally automated line from binder in-feed, tracking each security document and other printed media through the system into either an envelope package or into a shrinkwrapped carton package. Incorporate a custom pick-to-light system for volume. Printed media, image each package uniquely for each client. Provide complete audit trail and line performance software on an ongoing basis.
