The machine consists of two units: Rotating empty container feeder and Rotating aerosol filling with crimping and gassing unit. To operate the machine needs compressed air with pressure 8 bars. Capacity is 1,000 – 2,000 containers per hour.

For filling process, the operator puts the containers under the filling nozzles and the filling is started by pressing on the foot pedal. To operate the unit needs compressed air with pressure 4 – 6 kg / cm3.

The machine is designed for screw and cap triggers, dispensers etc. for homecare or lotion pump kind of products; it works automatically and with high efficiency. The diameters of the pumps, height and width of container can be easily adjusted. In addition, the conveyor height can be adjusted as well according to the filling line conveyor to be added to the main system.
