The eye drops production line complies with the cGMP requirements for sterile liquid products. The vial filling line is designed in accordance with cGMP requirements for liquid injectable products. The filling equipment is suitable for low-viscosity liquids with a volume of less than 300 ml. AF-80S liquid filling equipment common application is for above 60mL high viscosity liquid products such as shampoo, honey etc. The filling procedure applies piston filling method with pneumatic check valves and nozzles to minimize liquid leaking after filling procedure is completed. Capacity: 80 bottles/min

AF-80 liquid filling equipment common application is for above 60mL low viscosity liquid products such as collagen healthy drinks, mouthwash and etc. In order to meet customer’s various requirements, minor modification for the equipment is also applicable. Capacity: 30-50 bottles/min

CVF-M liquid filling equipment is semi-automatic volumetric filler for below 1000mL low viscosity products. The filling procedure applies the piston filling method. The production procedure can be either timing or operator manual control to estimate output productivity. Capacity: 10-30 bottles/min

The ointment filling equipment is semi-automatic volumetric filler for high cohesion material such as gel, cream and etc. By applying the piston filling method is capable to stabilize volume accuracy and minimize deviation. Capacity: 10-30 bottles/min

CSL-F liquid filling equipment is semi-automatic liquid level filler for low viscosity liquid. The filling procedure applies the vacuum filling method. The finished product liquid level is adjustable according to customer’s requirement. Capacity: 10-30 bottles/min
