This Machine is used to bottle pure water and mineral water. It is integrated with washing, filling and capping in one unit. It takes bottle handling technology, which makes changing different size bottle more easily. It can work with bottles from size 200 ml to 2000 ml. The machine is made of high quality stainless steel 304.
The machine is designed to fill PET bottles with Cola or suchlike products. The material, which contacts directly the liquid is made of SUS304 (Food grade). The transmission mechanism and the gear are equipped with firing A4 carbon steel. Applicable bottles must be within 0.25 – 2 L in capacity.
The machine has compact structure, complete control system, easy operation and high degree of automation. To change bottle shape, the operator only needs to replace the star-wheel, inlet bottle screw and arc guide plate. The parts contacting media are made of SUS304 and have no process blind angles to enable easy cleaning.
