SP-15L type automatic suppository production line is suitable for the production of special shape such as bullet head shape, duck mouth shape and other shapes, which satisfies the production of various suppositories according to the specifications of the mould and requirements of the customer.
Works with an output of 6,000—10,000 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 1 - 5 g (can be changed at the customer’s request). The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: bullet, torpedo, duck-mouth and other special forms. Product vessel volume is 50 L.
Works with an output of 3,000 — 6,000 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 0.5 - 5 g. The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: torpedo form, duck-mouth, and bullet-head. Number of suppositories per one tray: 1 – 10.
Works with an output of 7.200 - 9,800 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 0 - 4 g. The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: torpedo form, duck-mouth, bullet-head and special forms at request. Applicable tray materials are PVC, PVC/PE.

A vacuum is applied to suction the materials; and it is especially effective against the powder where the vacuum suction can prevent the powders from floating in the air. Capacity depends on the model and varies between 100 and 500 kg.
