Designed to fill pure and mineral water. Equipped with 24 washing and 24 filling heads. Applicable caps are standard plastic screw caps or standard plastic sports caps. To operate the machine requires compressed air with a pressure of 0.4 – 0.6 MPa. Capacity is up to 6,000 BPH.
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen automation control, with accurate measurement, advanced structure, smooth operation, low noise, wide adjustment range and filling speed. Photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, etc. are used in advanced sensing elements, when there is no bottle, there is no filling. Filling range is 50 – 1,000 ml.
