Designed to unscramble and count bottles without caps arriving to the machine in bulk. Diameter of the applicable bottle is 10 – 100 mm, height — 30 – 150 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air with pressure 0.5 MPa. The machine corresponds to GMP requirements.
This machine is used to stick mark circumferentially to column-model vessel and can work in counting and bottling line of pills, tablets, soft and hard capsules; it can be used as a stand-alone machine. Accurate position of sticking mark, reliable, it can realize sticking mark half-circumferentially or completely circumferentially. Output is 100 - 200 bottles per minute. Applicable bottles: 20 – 100 mm (diameter).
