The unit consists of four parts: high-speed band-making machine, high-speed infusion machine, high-speed freezer and high-speed sealing machine. All the processes can be made automatically including shell-making, infusing, cooling, shaping, and sealing of the suppositories.
Works with an output of 6,000—10,000 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 1 - 5 g (can be changed at the customer’s request). The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: bullet, torpedo, duck-mouth and other special forms. Product vessel volume is 50 L.
Works with an output of 3,000 — 6,000 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 0.5 - 5 g. The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: torpedo form, duck-mouth, and bullet-head. Number of suppositories per one tray: 1 – 10.
Works with an output of 7.200 - 9,800 suppositories per hour. Dosage per suppository is 0 - 4 g. The machine can produce the following forms of suppositories: torpedo form, duck-mouth, bullet-head and special forms at request. Applicable tray materials are PVC, PVC/PE.
Designed to unscramble and count bottles without caps arriving to the machine in bulk. Diameter of the applicable bottle is 10 – 100 mm, height — 30 – 150 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air with pressure 0.5 MPa. The machine corresponds to GMP requirements.
