This is a fully automatic vertical form/ fill/ seal bagger, which is applicable for packing different products with correct filling system. Such as coffee capsules, coffee powder, coffee beans, chocolate cream, pet food etc. Filling speed is 25 – 60 bags per minute.
This machine is suitable for cardboard case packaging of tube toothpaste, foods, sachets, ointment, and soft package (packed condoms). It consists of direction folding (1-4 folds) and feeding equipment, cardboard case forming and feeding, batch number printing, sealing of case tongues at both ends etc.
Designed for sealing carton boxes from top and/or bottom with adhesive tape. Minimal carton size must be within 150 x 150 x 150 mm, maximal — ∞ x 500 x 500 mm. Applicable adhesive tape width is 48, 60 or 75 mm. Conveyor speed is 20 m per minute.
Auto folding for top lid ensures smooth and suitable sealing motions. The entire sealing operation is automatically performed, providing elegant outlook and labour saving; the machine can be operated together with automatic packaging line. Applicable adhesive tape width is 48, 60 or 72 mm. Output is 15 – 20 cases per minute.
Suitable for forming and sealing cartons of the same size. Manually adjust to change the carton sizes (finishing in 2-3 minutes). The magazine can store approx. 100 pcs of folded cartons. Applicable carton size must be within L 250 – 450 × W 150 – 400 × H 100 – 400 mm.
