The machine is used for labelling of glass bottles, it has an integrated control panel, made of 304 stainless steel and aluminium alloy. Simple adjustment of labels and labelling speed, the machine is equipped with photoelectric detection of labels. Labeling speed is at up to 80 bottles/min; label dimension is 40-100 (W) x 50-220 mm (L).
The machine is used for labeling flat and round surfaces. It is controlled by a PLC pneumatically and electrically, easy to operate economically and practically. Label dimension is 12-100 (W) x 15-125 mm (L).
The machine is used for unscrambling square and round bottles and is controlled by PLC, parameters are set through advanced HMI. Electromechanical integrated equipment, easy operation, easy maintenance, reliable operation. The machine is equipped with the bottle-delivery quantitative control detector and overload protection device.
