The machine is made of stainless steel 304 / SUS 316L. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Applicable filling volumes are 50 – 500, 100 – 1000, 250 – 2500 or 500 - 5000 ml. Filling speed is 1000 – 4000 BPH.
The machine can automatically orientate eye marks, perform filling, sealing, pressing date and cutting the end. This machine is widely used in daily cosmetic, medicine and food industries. Capacity is 30 – 80 tubes per minute. Filling volume is 2 – 250 ml.
The whole machine is controlled by pneumatic and can be controlled separately. Equipped with one sealing head, 3 gas filling heads, 2 pressure pumps and 1 pc air storing tank.
