The EA-450 Series Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Baler is a fully automated system that makes its own bags from a roll of flat polyethylene film, which results in a major reduction in packaging materials and direct labor costs. This baling machine is intended to package compressible products such as peat moss, producing small- and medium-size bales that are watertight, square, and of very high quality.
Designed for packaging compressible materials such as natural or synthetic fibers, the VP-410 is a reliable fully automatic baler which offers one of the best compression ratios on the market. Appreciated for its versatility, the VP-410 can handle a wide variety of products and can package them in many different bag sizes.
The HVS-400 Series Horizontal Form, Fill and Seal Baler (FFS Baler) produces hermetic bales of very high quality. It uses flat film instead of pre-made bags, generating tremendous savings in packaging materials. Finished bale compression ratios can be as high as 6:1, therefore reducing packaging material and shipping costs. This form fill and seal baler is completely hydraulic with low-noise piston pumps and proportional hydraulic valves for smooth operation.
The BG Series Bulk Bag Fillers are heavy-duty, simple and economical semi-automatic filling and weighing systems. The BG Series Bulk Bag Fillers are ideal for packaging dry granular, flaked or powdered materials in bags ranging from 25 to 85 ft3 (708 to 2 407 litres). The BG Series Bulk Bag Filler is engineered in such a way that the entire filling process can be completed with the operator remaining in one position, thus increasing productivity while saving time and money. An automatic pallet feeder can also be added to the system in order to eliminate injuries.
The Bulk Bag Filler Model P1000 is a simple rugged means to fill FIBC Bulk Bags. The P1000 offers both excellent weight accuracy and simple operation. It is designed to fill and weigh free flowing products such as granules and pellets with a particle size of 60 mesh to 3/8” into FIBC Bulk Bags. The P-1000 Bulk Bag Filler offers ease of use and a productivity rate of up to 15 bags an hour. The filling spout and support arms are fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of bag heights.
The Bulk Bag Filler Model S1000 is an effective and rugged means to fill FIBC Bulk Bags. The S1000 offers both excellent weight accuracy and simple operation. It is designed to fill and weigh products that need settling for a compact stable FIBC Bulk Bag, such as powders, flakes, pellets, and granules with a particle size of 3/8”.The bag is filled in a hanging position, and is lowered for settling. Low frequency, high amplitude settling removes the angle of product repose, de-aerates the product, and provides a tight package. Settling is Programmable for up to four settling cycles during fill. The S-1000 Bulk Bag Filler offers quick and simple powered adjustment to set the machine for any bag height within the filler’s range. Bulk and dribble flow cycles provide bag weights within +/- 2 pounds for most products.
