The robot palletizer can be used at any production line, providing intelligent, robotic and network for production site. It is a palletizing logistic system which can be used in the industry of beer, beverage and foodstuff etc., widely used for carton, plastic crate, bottle, bag, barrel, shrink wrapped products, cans, etc. Servo controlled, high degree of automation and high capacity.

Arm Palletizer Machine is mainly used for automatic palletizing carton boxes with PE Film Shrink. This kind machine suitable for process of water, beverage, oil, etc. production lines, i.e., products in bottles and cans. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 - 0.8 MPa. Can be equipped with 2 types of Robot Arm: Standard Speed Type or High-Speed Type.

The AR-220 Robotic Palletizer is a fully automatic bag palletizing machine designed to handle bags/bales/bundles from one infeed conveyor and palletize them in a single stack. Capable of handling virtually any type of bag, bale or bundle, this robotic palletizer is one of the best options when flexibility and automation are required. Thanks to the pallet magazine and pallet dispenser that are included, the system doesn’t require the intervention of a forklift inside the cell to feed the palletizer with empty pallets. Pallets are automatically transferred from the magazine to the palletizing station without any human intervention. Bags/bales/bundles are placed on the pallet by the robot, which also can pick and place slip/top sheets. Once the pallet is full, it is transferred outside the cell by a drag chain conveyor.

Designed to load bags and boxes on pallets. Applicable tray dimensions are 1000 ~ 1200 x 1000 ~ 1200 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.6 – 0.7 MPa. Stacking speed is 1 – 8 pcs/minute.

The AR-215 robot palletizer is a flexible palletizing system designed to pick bags/bales/bundles from one indeed conveyor and palletize them at two different stacking positions, one on each side of the palletizer. Up to three empty pallets can be stacked on each side of the bag palletizer. Since there are no infeed and outfeed pallet conveyors, the pallets are moved in and out of the palletizing cell by a forklift. This robotic palletizer uses light curtains, which allows the forklift to enter one side of the palletizing cell safely while the robot continues palletizing on the other side. If slip and/or top sheets are required, the robot can be programmed to pick the sheets from a sheet stand and place them on the pallet.

The APR-125 hybrid palletizer is designed to automatically position units of various sizes on a pallet. This innovative equipment offers a consistent squaring thanks to its four alignment bars and allows palletizing patterns with unit overlapping. This hybrid palletizer combines the reliability of a conventional palletizer with the flexibility of the robot. The APR-125 platform includes a series of modules and a FANUC robotic arm equipped with a Premier Tech Chronos gripper.

The AR-225 Robotic high speed Palletizer for bags is a fully automatic, high-speed palletizing machine, handling bags/bales/bundle from one infeed conveyor and stacking them in one position at high rates Thanks to a wide selection of end-of-arm tools it can palletize virtually any type of bag, bale or bundle with a very high level of accuracy. To provide even more flexibility, its pallet magazine and dispenser can handle pallets of different sizes. When slip and/or top sheets are required, the robot can be programmed to pick the sheets from a bin and place them on the pallet. For maximum speed, automatic slip sheet and top sheet dispensers can be added so that the robot can focus solely on palletizing.

The RPW Robotic Stack and Wrap combines two essential end-of-line technologies: a flexible robotic palletizing cell and a turntable stretch wrapper. This solution is perfect for unstable loads handling and minimizes floor space by palletizing and wrapping a wide variety of products with a pre-engineered solution. Loads are built and secured directly on the pallet on the stretch wrapper turntable, creating ready-to-ship loads.
