The renovated site specializes in the production of microdosed drugs for the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD and bronchial asthma. The key result of the project is doubling the capacity of the line: from 80,000 to 160,000 capsules per hour, while investments in modernization exceeded 1 billion rubles.
During the work, "PSK Pharma" purchased new tablet lines and analytical equipment. According to Evgenia Shapiro, the general director of the manufacturer, the project made it possible to equip laboratories with a fleet of more than 80 high-performance liquid chromatographs with mass and UV detectors, as well as gas chromatographs and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometers.
"New capacities provide variability and deeper adequate analytics in drug development and analysis," explained Evgenia Shapiro.
The company explains the modernization by steadily growing demand. According to the analytical company Headway, in January–November 2025, "PSK Pharma" took a leading position in the procurement of drugs for the treatment of obstructive respiratory diseases: government agencies purchased its medicines for more than 5 billion rubles.

Currently, ""PSK Pharma""s two production buildings with a total area of 15 thousand square meters are operating in the Dubna SEZ. 15 production lines are located on their territory, including an aerosol line, three lines of solid dosage forms, an aseptic line for the production of solutions, suspensions and lyophilizates, as well as R&D lines and serialization lines.
The development of the site continues. In 2026, it is planned to modernize the site of sterile dosage forms (lyophilizates) with doubling of capacity, reconstruction of the chemical substances block and completion of the construction of the third building on 22 thousand square meters. m. It will house a fully automated workshop for the manufacture of solid gelatin molds, which will be equipped with more than 2.2 billion rubles.
According to SPARK-Interfax, the revenue of "PSK Pharma" in 2024 amounted to 10 billion rubles, net profit — 2.7 billion rubles. The project has become another confirmation of the trend towards the systematic modernization of domestic pharmaceutical industries and the development of import substitution in the segment of vital drugs.
