This is a fully automatic Blister packaging machine, it is practical, fast and produced with the latest technology. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 6 – 8 bar. Capacity is 24,000 blisters per hour.
The machine is used to heat the plastic film, fill the blister with materials, seal the blister by hot pressing with aluminum foil, and then cut it into plate with specified size. The process sequence of blister packaging machine is as follows: coil forming → filling → hot sealing → code spraying (optional) → blanking → finished product.
