"Anima Infinita Flex Novgorod", a manufacturer of flexible packaging, is investing more than 1 billion rubles in a new complex in Veliky Novgorod.
"Anima"Infinita Flex Novgorod", a manufacturer of flexible polymer packaging, part of the "NEOPOLIS" holding, is expanding its production facilities in Veliky Novgorod. The implementation of the investment project will consolidate the company's status as one of the leading Russian packaging manufacturers and will allow it to meet the growing demand from the food industry.
The agreement on the implementation of the investment project has already been signed: the document was signed by Acting Governor of the Novgorod region Alexander Dronov and Executive Director of "Anima Infinita Flex Novgorod" Maxim Shkhid.
"More than a billion rubles will be allocated for the creation of a new production complex. This will create 60 jobs for the residents of the region. The implementation of the project contributes to the development of not only the production itself, but also the socio-economic situation of the Novgorod region," said Alexander Dronov.
The new production and warehouse building will give the company the opportunity to increase the volume of packaging production. The company's main specialization is flexible polymer packaging with an emphasis on the segment of animal feed (both dry and wet).
The key product is the retort package "spider", which can withstand high temperatures and autoclaving. It is in demand not only for wet pet food, but also in the ready-to-eat segment, including soups and second courses.
Among the advantages of "spider" over cans and glass, the manufacturer highlights:
- lightness and, as a result, more profitable and environmentally friendly logistics;
- no need for cooling during transportation and shelving;
- the possibility of printing on the entire surface of the packaging for "self-promotion" of the product in the store.
"The feed market is growing, so we need to expand our own facilities — we need more space for production and storage in order to fulfill orders on time," said Maxim Shkhid, Executive Director.
A separate achievement of the company is the introduction of a special packaging structure for dry food of the "bag" type based on monomaterials, fully recyclable. The company supports the principles of sustainable development and directs 100% of industrial waste for recycling.
