This compact unit is suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in Pharmaceuticals and related industries. In GMP models, all the contact parts made out of S.S.304 / 316 material & are provided with isolated panel board. Fluid Bed Dryer can be supplied in electric heating, steam heating or hot water circulation systems or gas heating system on demand.
The dryer is of robust construction built on formed angles of 3mm thick sheet and suitably reinforced with angles and sections. The dryers external walls are manufactured from 1.6mm thick Stainless Steel sheets of 304 quality. The internal of the dryer is built of 1.6 mm thick S.S 304 quality sheets.
Octagonal Blenders, due to its octagonal shape is designed to process to larger volume of material. it occupies less space compared to other similar blenders like ‘V’ and Double Cone. Power consumption is also less, the blending takes place at low speed during operation. Application: dry powder mixing for tablets and capsules formulations, dry granules sub lots mixing to increase the batch size at bulk lubrication stage of tablets and granules.

The inspections machine is used to check Saline bottles cosmetically. The bottles are fed in tilted condition at a particular angle by channels provided at the input of the machine. Then the bottles are conveyed along with the indexing which leads to agitate the bottles, so the periphery of the bottles, bottom, sealing area & area checked through rear mirrors are visible to the magnifying lens, and related rejected bottles are ejected manually by the operators, and rest of the bottles are allowed to proceed further to the channels which exist the same for further operation.
The machine is used for full/partial wrap around labeling on different size of round container. It is capable of labeling up to 80 containers per minutes depending on products and label size. The automatic model is equipped with roller spacing device resulting in a simple operation.
