This machine is used for washing bottle and container in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry and can complete the following procedures: conveying bottle automatically, ultrasonic washing, flushing with air, water alternatively, outfeeding bottles automatically. Production capacity is 100 – 400 bottles per minute.
Mostly used for cleaning qualified antibiotics bottles, sterilization and heat drying, also can be used for other bottles, oral liquid bottles, etc. This machine is the whole tunnel type structure, divided into preheating, high temperature sterilizing, cooling three parts, using the hot air sterilization principle of laminar vessels sterilization and heat.
