Th WR series machines are Polypack’s high speed continuous motion and intermittend motion wraparound case packers. With corrugated wraparound packaging, a sheet of cardboard is die-cut and folded. For a traditional RSC the flaps, overlapping each other, are located at the sides, and the case is generally filled from the side. Wraparound packaging machines significantly reduce the amount of corrugate overlaps while still providing a strong case that delivers superb strength for palletizing and distribution. By eliminating redundant overlaps, the wraparound case delivers a huge amount of savings on materials when compared to a traditional RSC.

Designed for packing products made of plastic, glass and/or metal into carton cases. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The erected cases must be within 320 x 380 x 250 mm in size. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 6 - 8 Bars. Air consumption is 500 L per minute.

This machine is an all-in-one case packer with minimal installation space, automatic case forming, automatic top-bottom case sealing, automatic in-feed system with universal product stacker, automatic servo driven product inserter and optional Nordson glue system.

This is a horizontal case packer of rugged construction that handles corrugated or folding board materials in a variety of case styles at speeds of up to 10 cases per minute. Sanitary Construction (essentially stainless steel). Heavy duty, welded stainless frame. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.

This is a semi-automatic case packer that provides a lower cost, first step to reducing labour and automating the case packing process. Typical uses include case packing of all types of multi-packed cartoned, canned and miscellaneous products at speeds of up to 10 cases per minute.

The VDC-2900 is a versatile machine that can run regular, tuck and gable top cartons. The model has two manual loading stations where product is manually loaded by operators. Hand load area can be extended to accommodate up to 10 operators. Output is up to 120 cartons per minute.

Designed for packing bags, Cans, glass and plastic Bottles into carton boxes. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is made entirely of Stainless Steel 304. Equipped with gluing system that works to paste the carton tightly and neatly.
