An adjustable forming box functions with a variety of products and also allows for fast product size changeover—no tools required. The Series 90 is surprisingly compact, saving valuable floor space while offering 4 1⁄2 feet of unobstructed product feeding space.
AmeriPak’s exceptionally adaptable Series 150 is designed for easy operation. A cantilevered self-centering parent roll backstand is conveniently located above the adjustable or fixed former. Unique to the Series 150 is a generous product size range including a wide film capacity backstand and end crimper which allows greater product size flexibility. Our heavy duty end crimper drive assures high performance end sealing and cut-off. The Series 150 is easily customized to meet specific packaging needs and is available in right or left hand configurations.

Constructed with a heavy duty modular frame, this machine is equally at home as a basic shrink wrapper or as a high speed shrink wrapper with fully automatic product feeders operating at very high speeds. This wrapper accommodates a wide range of shrink films.

Two fans in electricity box cools down electricity box in order to protect electronics. Conveyor motor cools down by fan underneath. This machine is developed for special big items, it adopts advanced high speed double-side sealing technology. It has up & down single film rollers. The film is in sync with the items. While the items are going forward, the side sealing system starts to seal and cut the up & down film that keeps good sealing. Applicable packing material: 0.04 ~ 0.18 mm thick PE shrink film.
