The new Model 155 AB™ Edition Print & Apply Label Applicator incorporates an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC. This allows superior versatility and control for a wide variety of user applications. The LCD display screen enables easy view menus for programming and troubleshooting. The Model 155 is available for Tamp, Blow, or Wipe-On configurations, and can be customized with several options.

The machine is suitable for labeling on the surface of flat packaging, labeling on the surface of flat packaging for a single roll of tape, and flat labeling on the carton and so on. Output is up to 100 rolls per minute. The machine can work as a standalone machine or as a part of a production line.

The rotary hot glue labeling machine automatically transfers the bottle to the rotary mechanism through the screw. The labeling machine starts to run automatically after receiving the bottle feeding signal fed back by the detection device. After the label passes through the tensioning mechanism and the rectifier, it enters the label cutting mechanism to cut the label into the specified length.
