The Bottle Air Rinser is used to automatically remove dust, dirt and other foreign matter. Its dual action nozzles first blows high pressure air into the container to dislodge dust and debris and then vacuums the dust and debris from the inside of the container.

This machine is used as a part of a liquid filling production line for cleaning plastic bottles with сcompressed clean air. Production capacity: 80 – 120 bottles per minute. Suitable bottle sizes: 50 – 200 ml. Clean air consumption: 0.3m³/min.

Equipped with Omron touchscreen and stepless electric speed regulation. Easy change in a short time. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 6 - 8 Bars. Air consumption is 500 L per minute. The chassis is stainless, the other surfaces are anodized aluminum, painted parts and PE materials.

Bottle reaches to the cleaning section, a pair of nozzle starts to flush the air inside the neck of the Bottle and simultaneously vacuum will suck the particle, disturbed by the air.

The machine works on principle of back pressure of Bottle which will be fed by the Turn Table to the conveyor where one star plate is given which is operated mechanically has given clutch for prevent the damage. Output: 6000 pcs / Hour
