LP series rotary unscrambler is special designed as complete set for rinser/filler/capper monobloc and with the latest international technology. It is satisfied for high speed filling request, and raise production efficiency of the whole line. The air conveyor can also be used for aseptic filling line after some modification.
The machine uses stand-up label method, installed the special orientation and pressing equipment to make the bottles steady. The head can be adjusted up & down, front & back and slant ways. lt is suitable for labeling the parts of bottles with different shapes. PLC controlled, parameters are set via touchscreen. Labeling speed is up to 200 labels per minute.
Designed for labeling containers at a speed of max. 400 labels per minute. Maximal label height is 500 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.6 MPa.
The machine is used for labeling bottles in wine, food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. It can work square, flat, round, conic and oval bottles. Production speed is 60 – 400 bottles per minute depending on the size of the label and the bottle, number of labels, etc.
