This machine is widely used to pack liquids of low or high viscosity such as milk, sauce, vinegar, wine, etc. It can automatically sterilize the film with ultraviolet radiation, form the bag, print the code, precisely fill the products and seal & cut at one time. Model AS1000 uses single layer PE film as packing material. Output: 1,200 – 2,100 bags per hour.
Suitable for mixing and granulation of various materials in pharmaceutical, foodstuff processing and chemical industry, meets GMP standards. Granules become solid and homogeneous. Efficiency is 4 – 5 times higher, when a single process of mixing or granulation is used.
