PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is equipped with counting and display functions. The transmission system structure is simple, operates stably and is fitted with a shutdown device when there are no bottles. The machine activates automatically when bottles are detected.
The machine adopts encoder to control each procedure, which makes machine easily adjustable. PLC+HMI control system, which provides friendly operating environment and shows diversity information. Carton size is bigger than other competitors: 90*70*200 mm. Adopt mechanical digital position indicator for adjusting conveniently.
Designed for counting tablets and capsules. Counting different products does not require changing the format parts. It can count products which include pills, tablets, capsules, gel capsules, transparent capsules. Counting range is 1 – 9,999 pcs per bag. Fully meets GMP requirements.
