This machine is used for pasting cap on the packages. Rotary disk sorting mechanism, glue and cap feeding system adopt cam and servo drive system, continuous, high-speed paste. TGJ-1 Cap Applicator adopts motion controller so as to ensure the smooth and high-speed running. Capacity is 9000 packs per hour. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.7 – 1.0 MPa.

The machine is suitable to cap and put tableware (straw, spoon, small fork, etc.) on various round packaging containers. The machine uses modularized design and can be applied to containers of different sizes, such as cup, bowl and can, etc. It can also realize fast switching-over for different containers, with features of low power consumption, simple operation and convenient maintenance, etc. Capacity is 8000 – 9000 packs per hour. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.4 – 1.0 MPa.

This series tableware applicator is a Leiwest Pak’s patent, applying the innovative rotary in-feeding method which ensures the accurate location of each package, glue point and tableware when running in high-speed, thus ensures excellent pasting. Capacity is 8000 – 10000 packs per hour. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.7 MPa.
