KULP KAP 922 Automatic In-Line Capping System is especially designed for supporting the high speed linear and rotary filling lines. This system offers a complete and a stable solution for the companies who face problems about cap sorting and capping by the simplicity of its installation and integration on their filling lines.
Through the cap sorting system, the facing up caps are continuously sent to the capping track, and bottles from the previous equipment of the line enter the capping area by the conveying belt. When the bottle is clamped by the pinching device on both sides, the cap drops on automatically while moving forward. Thus capping and screwing is achieved.
