SHH-ZP17B Rotary Tablet Press Machine

The Machine is a versatile tablet press designed for pharmaceutical and related industries. With 17 punch stations, it produces 11,400-28,500 tablets per hour (10-25 rpm) and features a high 120kN pressing force. The machine accommodates large tablets (up to 40mm diameter) with adjustable thickness (8-15mm) and fill depth (18-30mm). Its hydraulic system includes overload protection and pressure monitoring. The compact (900×800×1640mm) design is ideal for producing round, shaped, double-layer, and engraved tablets. The 7.5kW motor powers this robust 1500kg machine, suitable for diverse granular materials in pharmaceutical and industrial applications.
