The efficient coating machine consists of major machine, slurry spraying system, hot-air cabinet, exhaust cabinet, feed and discharge device, and computer programming control system. It can be widely used for coating various tablets, pills and sweets with organic film, water-soluble film and sugar film etc. In such fields as of pharmaceutical, food and biological products etc.

The machine is used for drying coated tablets. It can be mounted on a motor drive unit via universal gearing called UD which permits the coating pan to be held at any angle up to 45° with a reduction in speed. For drying the coated tablets, an infrared drying attachment with adjustable height is provided. Working capacity is 2.5 – 3 L.

This machine design confirms to cGMP standards. Contact parts are all in AISI 316L & non-contact parts are in AISI 304. PLC controlled; parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Inbuilt Peristaltic pump and inbuilt Air handling unit. Food Grade seals in all doors & covers. Pan Light is provided for illumination inside the pan. The unit is mounted on sturdy PU castors.
