This is our new standard type packing equipment for powdery material or fine granules cans/bottles auto packing. This machine is composed of auger filler, SS304 outside structure, Chain conveyor, Cans seamer&capper, etc. Maximal filling range is 500 ml.

This machine is suitable for sealing and packaging of cartons, which can be operated stand-alone or used with assembly lines. Sealing type is adhesive tape or hot melt glue. Machine capacity is up to 30 cartons per minute. Product is sent to the sealing machine through the conveyor chain and handed over to the box delivery mechanism, and the two sides of the carton are clamped by the clamping belt and move forward.

This machine can automatically fold and form the tray through the mold, and the paper flap automatically locks the cardboard, so that the cardboard forming does not need to be sealed with tape or hot melt glue. Applicable tray size must be within 300-500 x 150-250 x 40-80 mm (customized).
