The machine adopts high precision and high speed ration filling valve make sure the oil level is exact without loss, ensuring high quality filling perfectly. Filling volume is adjustable, “no bottle no filling, no capping” system.
This series machine applies for washing, filling and capping all kinds of PET or glass bottles and is widely used in filling all kinds of non-carbonated drinks, such as fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water, tea, Chinese medicine and other liquid. Production capacity is 1,000 – 2,000 BPH.
This machine is mainly used for 100-5000ml of plastic bottle and glass bottle filling and capping. It only takes 30 second to change to a new bottle. The machine stops automatically when reaching the production target, which saves time and is more accurate than man counting is. Output is 55 ~ 65 bottles/min.
