The sealing adopts two sealing wheels to seal, the first knife completes the crimping, and the second knife completes the crimping. The structure is simple and the adjustment is convenient. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. Filling capacity is 900 ~ 1200 tubes per hour (depending on material fluidity and filling volume).
