This machine adopts internal heating method to seal the tube tail, safer and more stable. Working process requires human intervention and consists of manual color-mark finding, filling, heating, sealing, manufacturing date printing, cutting and tube discharging.
Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and daily chemical industries to fill ointment or viscous fluid materials into plastic tube or laminated tube. The tube tails are sealed, trimmed, code is printed on tubes automatically. PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen.
Tube feeding and Tube washing, marking identification, filling, hot air sealing, code printing trimming and ejecting out the tube. Conducted by a fully auto control system. The materials contacting parts are made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to GMP for medicine manufacture.
This production line consists of tube filling & sealing machine and cartoning machine, the entire process composed of functions of automatic tube feeding, eye mark orientation, filling, hot melt, sealing, coding, trimming and automatic inserting tubes and leaflets into the boxes. Filling volume is 5-250 ml.
The machine completes the whole process of tube feeding, carton feeding, manual feeding, tube pushing, coding, carton folding, defective tubes rejecting and finished products unloading by the full-automatic operation system. Capacity is 1200-4200 pcs/h.
