Vibro sifter is circular gyrator screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes. Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.
Turntable is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in automatic liquid line. Stainless steel scrambler & unscrambler, which is familiar as turn table. This is built on SS square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance. Construction in AISI S.S. 304 quality. Works with containers 22 - 100 mm in diameter.
The machine is used for full/partial wrap around labeling on different size of round containers. This is one of the most user friendly machines. The semi-automatic cap sealing machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine is motorized incorporating rotating threading & sealing rollers, for threading & sealing of ROPP cap. All contact parts are made out of stainless steel. Output: 1,000 – 2,400 containers per hour.
Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibility of various wash cycles such as fresh water, materialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316.
