This machine is double-sides labeling machine, suitable for two-side labelling of products with stickers. Designed to wash plastic bottles with pure water, alcohol or with air cleaning. It is equipped with 48 washing heads and can work with bottles 30 – 300 ml in capacity. Water consumption is 1.5 m3 per hour; output is 3,000 bottles per hour.
The machine is used to pack high viscosity products, such as hair wax, honey, etc. It is made of stainless steel 304 and 316L. Material hopper volume is 45L. Filling volume is within 5 – 150, 30 – 500 and 60 – 1000 g.
