OWET 2000 is an ideal packaging machine for packing boxes used in various industries, including food, chemical, tobacco, cosmetic, cleaning and other similar industries. Productivity: 15-40 packs / min. (varies with product type and size.)
The machine is designed to pack prewrapped soap cakes or similar products in Heat- treated Biaxial Oriented Poly Propylene film. Output is up to 20 packs per minute. For operation the machine needs dry compressed air with a pressure of 6 kg per cm2.
Designed to overwrap boxes with PVC film with double sides sealing. The boxes must be within the following dimensions: 50 – 300 mm x 40 – 220 mm x 10 – 90 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air with pressure of 0.6 MPa. Packing speed is 0 – 60 boxes per minute.
Machine is designed to give up to 230 ppm (machine speed and accuracy is dependent of quality of packing material, soap size and its quality, uniform inflow of the product).
