The filling group has 4 pieces of nozzles, which make partial feeling (25 % at each nozzle), the filling system is based on vacuum, and therefore there would not be any dropping or overfilling. The machine is suitable for filling containers with cream, gel, cosmetics, hand clean, etc. Filling system used is piston filler. Filling ranges are 5 – 60 ml, 10 – 120 ml. Capacity is 30 bottles per minute.
HD-VFW Series are in-line filling and stopper machine with continuous motion positive in-line transport system and suitable for filling liquid solution into cylindrical vials and for rubber stopper insertion. The machine can handle all sizes of vials from 1 up to 500 ml and HD-VFS series secure high efficiency and safety of production. Output: 3,000 – 9,000 vials per hour.
